Hello and welcome to my new blog on the Stamp n Hop November Blog Hop. My name is Jacqui and I am a UK based Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.. Today we are casing (copying) cards or projects from the Annual Catalogue. .
You may have joined me from the talented Jo Blackman. I decided to case some of the cards from the Under The Mistletoe Suite which you will find on page 94. I love the variety of stamped images in this set
The first card is a small square card. The base card is 9.9cm x 19.8cm and scored at 9.9 cm. The layers of whisper white and DSP (Designer Series Paper).at 9cm & 7.5cm squared. Elements cut from the DSP were layered with ribbon. A circle which was cut with a circle die and Big Shot dies cutting machine was stamped .with images and sentiment.
The next card is a standard A5 card which is 14.8 x 21cm, scored at 10.5cm. The DSP base is 9cm x 14cm and Whisper White base is 12.5cm x 8cm. The banner is 2cm x 7.5cm and a fishtail was cut using snips. The DSP strip is 2cm x 8cm. Gold faceted gems were added to the banner for a bit of bling. The mistletoe, ribbon and senitment were stamped before being layered up.
For the final card I mounted a square card which is 8cm (as in the catalogue) and then layered it on A5 card using dimensionals. The Whisper White layer is 7.5cm squared and a ribbon bow was added. The bells were stamped on a piece of scrap card, fussy cut and then adhered to the stamped boughs.

Wow, 3 cards, it took me ages to find one! Great job with all the cards.
Thank you Linda, I was lucky as I made these samples up a few months ago lol x
You have been busy Jo & put that lovely DSP to good use.. Your cards are lovely. TFS
Sorry Jacqui. Got you mixed up with Jo. Serves me right having the 2 blogs open at once.
Thats ok Vicky, at least you found me, lol x
I like all the card you made. This must have bumped your Xmas cards stash. My favourite one is the last one. I love the fussy cut out bells. I don’t own the stamp set. I have the paper only and really like it.
Thank you Eva, I borrowed my uplines set to make samples whilst she was on the Alaskan trip. x
Great alternatives, love all of them:)
Thank you Tracy x
