Hello and welcome if you are new to my blog. Today I am hopping with demonstrators from around the world in this “Special” Ink. Stamp. Share Blog Hop. With so many of us in self isolation due to COVID 19 morale is at an all time low. So hopefully by joining our hop we will inspire you to craft . So you may have hopped to me from Sandra’s blog and her great projects or perhaps you started with me either way put your feet up and enjoy the hop!
Due to it being Easter weekend I have chosen to make a card using Fable Friends. As a huge Beatrix Potter and Peter Rabbit fan I love this set! The card style was inspired by my upline Sandra Roberts.
The base card was folded in half to make a tent card then two 4cm panels were cut from the front to make mat layers (for the bottom and vertical layer). An acetate sheet was adhered to the inside top panel of the card using glue dots to and then one of the panels at the bottom to complete the base card. Layer up the panels with whisper white and DSP.
The rabbit was coloured in with blends but you can use pencils, ink or stampin; markers. A whisper white card layer was stamped with the sentiment making sure it was visible through the front of the base card.
