Hello and welcome to my blog and to the Ink. Stamp. Share blog hop. We are a group of Global Stampin’ Up! demonstrators who come together to showcase projects with a theme. Today we are showcasing ‘Celebration’ but we couldn’t use Birthdays! I can’t wait to see what everyone has come up with. I’m afraid that I am using the C word as many crafters start making their Christmas cards in July, if not earlier. You may have joined me from Sue and her lovely project or started direct with myself either way put your feet up and enjoy the hop!
During my recent Zoom crafting session I challenged everyone to make an Alternative Christmas in July Card but instead of the traditional red and green colours they had to try different colour combos. With the up and coming August- December mini catalogue I decided to use a returning stamp set called Christmas Gleaming and Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack I have used Highland Heather, Balmy Blue, Melon Mambo and Smoky Slate as my colours and I think they work really well together. You will also notice some new products such as Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper and Iridescent Ribbon. Basic Rhinestones as always add the final bit of bling!
