Hello and welcome to my blog and The Ink and Share Scrapbook blog Hop. Today we are showcasing Masculine layouts which I was pleased about because it’s my son Oliver’s 17th Birthday tomorrow. You may have joined me from Shirley’s blog and her great layout, so sit back with a cuppa and enjoy the rest of the hop.
Oliver has just bought his first car so I knew I had to use the Geared Up Garage Bundle of Stamps and Dies.
The only stamping was the car which was then coloured with Pacific Point Watercolour Pencil and a blend pen and the nuts which I stamped as part of the background.. The Designer Papers also match some of the dies, such as the cogs and petrol can which meant I didn’t have to fussy cut. The steering wheels were cut with the layering circle dies. The L on the learner plate was from the Large Letter Framelits. The key and spanner charms were attached using glue dots. As Oliver’s car is blue I needed to add some Pacific Point to the layout for the number (retired set but you can print and fussy cut them instead).
