Ink.Stamp.Share ‘Autumn/Winter’ Catalogue Aug 20

Hello and welcome back to my blog and to this months Ink Stamp Share blog hop where we are showcasing the lovely products from the Autumn/ Winter mini catalogue . You may have joined me from  Kirsty and her lovely project or you may have come straight to me. So sit back with a cuppa and enjoy the hop.

I have decided to showcase the lovely Snowflake Splendor (155115) stamp set and So Many Snowflakes Dies (153560).  The designer series paper and glitter paper are beautiful and  all my favourite colours.  I have used the fab notecards (131527) as my card base.  Sometimes these cards are overlooked but they are perfect for all occasions and make fantastic set of cards made up of cards as a gift.

I have cut the paper down to 6″ square and then used a cutting design show cased by Sandra Roberts (unfortunately she can’t remember the original source) which is called a Quadrangle Cut. This makes four card designs however one of my cards was a bit camera shy which I why I have only three in the photo!. The snowflake dies are just beautiful and add that something extra to your projects and are prefect when using the lovely Balmy Blue Glitter paper (153513). The cards were then finished off with the perfectly coordinated Blue Adhesive Backed Gems (153547).

I hope that you liked my cards and that I have inspired you to look at this amazing suite, Now it is time for you to hop over to Rochelle for more inspiration but before you go please leave a comment before you go.

Kre8tors Blog Hop ‘Anniversary’ Aug 2020

Hello and welcome to my blog and to August’s Kre8tors Blog Hop. My name is Jacqui and I am a Demonstrator in the UK joining forces with other global demo’s to bring you inspiration whilst using Stampin’ Up! products. This month we are celebrating ‘Anniversaries’ You may have hopped over to me from Annette and her lovely project or maybe you have joined direct to me, either way put your feet up and enjoy the hop.

For my card I have used the cute Owl couple from Have a Hoot Stamp Set and Die Bundle from the new August – December mini catalogue. This set is great for all occasions not just Halloween and Christmas. I decided to team them up with the Birds and Branches which I think goes perfectly with this set.
The card on the left is was made with Seaside Spray and the card on the right with Misty Mooonlight. On both cards I have used Shimmery White card

The Owls were water-coloured in with Sahara Sand and Pumpkin Pie ink. The dots from the Waterfront Stamp set were stamped in Versamark ink in the appature. The card on the left gives you a tone on tone effect whereas on the right I have heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder as was the sentiment which is from Many Mates. Rhinestones were added to bring a little sparkle to finish the card.

This card card also works well as a Christmas card by adding Red Rhinestones, Silver Foil foliage and a different sentiment.

Ink.Stamp.Share Blog Hop – July 20 – Celebration

Hello and welcome to my blog and to the Ink. Stamp. Share blog hop. We are a group of Global Stampin’ Up! demonstrators who come together to showcase projects with a theme. Today we are showcasing ‘Celebration’ but we couldn’t use Birthdays! I can’t wait to see what everyone has come up with. I’m afraid that I am using the C word as many crafters start making their Christmas cards in July, if not earlier. You may have joined me from Sue and her lovely project or started direct with myself either way put your feet up and enjoy the hop!

I love this set as it is perfect for 3d decorations and scrapbook pages

During my recent Zoom crafting session I challenged everyone to make an Alternative Christmas in July Card but instead of the traditional red and green colours they had to try different colour combos. With the up and coming August- December mini catalogue I decided to use a returning stamp set called Christmas Gleaming and Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack I have used Highland Heather, Balmy Blue, Melon Mambo and Smoky Slate as my colours and I think they work really well together. You will also notice some new products such as Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper and Iridescent Ribbon. Basic Rhinestones as always add the final bit of bling!

I hope that you have enjoyed your visit to my blog and that you liked my Christmas Alternative colours. Now it is time for you to visit Lisa for more inspiration but before you go please leave me a comment.

Boho Indigo Product Medley – Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my blog, if this is your first time visiting me then let me introduce myself to you. I am a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator in a small rural village in Suffolk on the Norfolk/Suffolk border in the UK. I have joined together with other demonstrators to show case the beautiful Boho Indigo Product Medley. So sit back and enjoy the hop.

Ink: Night of Navy (147110), Misty Moonlight (153118) , & Garden Green (147089)

I am in love with the Boho Indigo Product Medley (153132). This is a box of of elegant products including stamps, coordinating dies, Designer Series Papers, Ribbons, Gold Foiled cut outs and more!

Beautiful Gold Foiled images

I have made three cards which was inspired by a card Sue Mohr created. I just love how you can make three cards in one go. You could also use a piece of fold foil card instead of the embossed layer.

Basic Pearls (144219) compliment this suite perfectly

This card works both ways, horizontally or vertically

The kit includes two reels of ribbon but I love the vanilla/gold effect one best.

You can watch my video tutorial by clicking on the graphic below. The cards were made using another fantastic Product Medley called Everything Is Rosy which is on the UK clearence rack, at an amazing discount, so contact me for more details of the accompanying online class my self and my upline Sandra Roberts co-hosted together! Please note in the video I used the smaller Note Cards but you can just change the mat layer measurements to suit a bigger card.

I hope that you have enjoyed your visit to my blog and have been inspired by the cards I have created. Now it is time to see the more card and project samples from the other Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators so please click on the photos below but before you leave please leave a comment as I love to receive feedback.

July 2020 KBH Theme: Tropical Nights Colour Challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog and to the Kre8tors Blog Hop. Today a group of global demonstrators are showcasing how to use a combination of colours taken from a photo within their crafting. You may have hopped over to me from Annette or you may have started with myself either way put your feet up with a cuppa and enjoy the hop!

Cardstock: Basic Black (121688), Basic Grey (121689 ), Rocco Rose (150888), Night of Navy ( 106577), & So Saffron (108611 )

We could use at least one of the colours of the combination on the project, however I decided to use them all but the black. I thought the Dress to Impress Stamp set (151666) and All Dressed Up Dies (151665) would be perfect. The images and sentiments were stamped with Basic Grey (149165) and Rocco Rose ink (150080).

White Seam Binding ribbon (151326) was coloured with the So Saffron ink (147109)

The Whisper White background was embossed with Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder (152718). The images were coloured using Stampin’ Blends, Rocco Rose (154900), So Saffron (154905), Smoky Slate (149166), Night of Navy (154891).

Wink of Stella (141897) was added to image to give a little bit of sparkle

I hope that you liked the card I have show cased today, Now is is time to hop over to Susan for more inspiration but before you go please remember to leave a comment as I do like to receive feedback.

Ink.Stamp.Share Blog Hop – June 20 – New Products

Hello and welcome to my blog and to the Ink. Stamp. Share blog hop for June This month the theme is “New Products” which is exciting. You may have joined me from Jo’s blog or you may have joined directly with me. So put your feet up with a cuppa and enjoy the hop.

There are so many lovely stamp sets in the new catalogue, it was hard to choose which set to showcase. But I was inspired to create a card using the colours in my favourite summers dress and the Lovely You Stamp and Punch Bundle worked a treat.

The colours I used were Bermuda Bay, Real Red, Magenta Madness, Granny Apple Green, Flirty Flamingo and Basic Black
Inspiration can be found everywhere!

The Stampin’ Up! catalogues are perfect for getting ideas and I thought the card which is on page 169 would be a great card to case. This style of stamping is perfect for all levels of crafters,

Don’t forget to stamp the inside of your card. I have stamped first, second and third genetations to give lighter images. This is where you re-stamp without re-inking

The Lovely Labels Pick A Punch is a fantastic and versatile punch, It is a six in one Punch and perfect for mat and layering your greetings and sentiments.

To view my YouTube video on how I made my card please click on the image below.

If you would like to subscribe to my channel and click the bell you will be notified of future uploads.

I hope you have enjoyed visiting my blog and that I have inspired you with my card. It is time for you to hop over to Annette’s blog for more fabulous projects. but before you go please leave a comment.

Kre8tors Blog Hop June 20 “Masculine”

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I am taking part in the Kre8tors Blog Hop where a group of international Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators are getting together to show case projects which the theme is “Masculine”.  You may have hopped over to me from  Sandra and her fabulous project or perhaps you started with myself, so grab a cuppa, put your feet up and enjoy!

I have decided make a double easel card using the Sailing Home Stamp Set and Smooth Sailing Dies.

I have embossed Whisper White Card with the new and fabulous Old World Paper £D Embossing folder, this was then inked using a sponge brayer. You could of course use patterned paper instead but beware of directional patterns when cutting. But I love how the inked card looks like waves.

The boat and anchor were stamped, coloured and then cut out with coordinating dies. Elements were cut in card, some of which were sponged with ink. A rhinestone was added to the middle of the wheel. I have also used mat and layering dies from the Stitched So Sweetly set.

Images were again stamped on the inside panel and coloured in using inkpad and aqua painter but you could use another medium such as stampin’ markers, Stampin’ Blends or Watercolour pencils.

My YouTube tutorial on how I made my card can be found by clicking on image below. Please subscribe if you wish to receive notification of future videos I upload.

I hope that you like my card and that I have inspired you to make a double easel card which is fantastic for all occasions.  Now it is time for you to hop over to Laura by clicking next for more beautiful projects but before you go please leave a comment.
